This is a brand new high quality wiper push rod
set from Wipex ..We have exclusively designed a new SNAP-FIT
PUSH RODS FOR THE FIAT PUNTO Mk2(1999 to 2004) to alliviate the
re-occurring problems with the exsisting fiat original wiper
linkage.Wipex offer a set of replacement push rods,that are manufactured
from materials you would expect to find on most quality cars..by
fitting this upgrade you are building regitety into the wiper
system,giving you a much smoother and reliable wipe pattern.
This upgrade is very simple to fit .30mins to
1hour...1.remove wiper arms and plastic scuttle...2.lever off
push rods from wiper linkage,snap on new push rods(plastic moulded
sockets onto steel balls)...3.replace plastic scuttle and wiper
arms back in there park positionon the screen.
Kit contents. 1 drivers side push rod, 1 passenger
side push rod, both fitted with high quality moulded bearings.plus
a simple fitting diagram.
IF YOUR WIPERS ARE JUDDERING THE
ODDS ARE THE PUSH ROD BEARINGS WILL BE TOTALLY WORN OUT. THIS
WILL LEAD TO THE BALL JOINTS POPING OFF THE SOCKETS, LEAVING
YOU WITH NO WIPERS.
