Postage & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch our orders on the same day or the following day at the latest - most using 1st Class post. However we are in the hands of the post office who normally give an excellent service. Wipex Limited will not be held responsible for any deliveries outside these time scale guides.

Returns Policy
Goods will be accepted for return if they are damaged or faulty, these items MUST be returned within 7 DAYS of receipt, return post will be refunded if the fault(s) our responability.
